It’s estimated that kissing can burn up to six calories a minute and that you enlist approximately 30 facial muscles. Considering an average person burns 6.67 calories per min walking at 6 km per hour, the numbers aren’t bad at all. Well kissing might not exactly get rid of those stubborn love handles or give you rock hard abs, but you can feel slightly less guilty about having that glass of wine or some hot fudge sundae for dessert.

• A Meta title should contain 70 characters without keyword stuffing. You can change your title with your targeting keywords. In order to select your keyword use Google Keyword Planner
  Don't try to fool Google by giving more Synonyms of your keyword in title because Google would consider the synonyms of a word also. Use your keyword not more than one time depending on the page of your website.
• A Meta Description should contain 150-160 characters. Don't use all your keywords as description, give detailed information about your website as description but use your keywords one or two times in that description
• Meta keywords is not a problem for Google now but other search engines like Bing, Blekko, volunia etc could use them so provide it with all your keywords.
• Build High Quality backlinks from Top and High PR sites is a must needed one. Get quality backlinks with your keywords as Anchor text. • Create a Blog for your site and update it every day by posting unique and latest information in that blog. Don't forget to give link to your website

Google Begins Rolling Out Panda 4.0

Google’s Matt Cutts announced on Twitter that they have released version 4.0 of the Google Panda algorithm.

Google’s Panda algorithm is designed to prevent sites with poor quality content from working their way into Google’s top search results.

But didn’t Google stop updating us on Panda refreshes and updates since they are monthly rolling updates? Yes, but this is a bigger update.

Panda 4.0 must be a major update to the actual algorithm versus just a data refresh. Meaning, Google has made changes to how Panda identifies sites and has released a new version of the algorithm today.

Is this the softer and gentler Panda algorithm? From talking to Google, it sounds like this update will be gentler for some sites, and lay the groundwork for future changes in that direction.

Google told us that Panda 4.0 affects different languages to different degrees. In English for example, the impact is ~7.5% of queries that are affected to a degree that a regular user might notice.
